For P & M Builders, LLC, construction is more than a business—it is a family tradition built on craftsmanship, hard work, and pride in doing things the right way. Founded in 2003 by father-and-son team Mike and Peter, our family-owned company brings more than 40 years of combined construction experience to homes throughout Avalon, NJ, Stone Harbor, Cape May County, and surrounding Jersey Shore communities.

Our roots in construction began in Poland, where Mike developed a strong foundation in traditional craftsmanship and learned the importance of precision, patience, and attention to detail. Peter later brought his education and modern construction knowledge to the family business, creating a building approach that combines time-tested techniques with today's construction practices.
